1st PHASE: Abstract submission
- NEW DEADLINE: July 24th 2014.
- Submission: Click on Registration > Make a Registration/submission then choose between Registration or Registration and Submission and fill the fields form.
- For each registration only two submissions maximum are allowed (2 oral, 2 posters or 1 oral and 1 poster).
- Alterations on submission: Click on Registration > Edit a Registration/submission then enter your ID number and password in order to enter in your account and make changes in the fields form and/or upload the pdf of your communication after its acceptance.
- Affiliation: Please fill the complete author's affiliation since this field will be subsequently transferred to the pdf template.
- Abstract requirements:
- The peer-review of the abstracts is coordinated by the Cientific Committee.
- The registration also defines the manuscript subject areas (Conference themes).
- The abstract should be intelligible to the general reader (fill the abstract field in the form, .pdf will not be considered), with a maximum of 2.500 character (without spaces) and in english.
- Authors are kindly requested to provide 3 keywords, at the most.
- Official language: English.
- The publication of the Abstract Book will have ISBN.
- Only the abstracts of authors with the registration fee paid will be considered for publication in the Abstracts Book and included in the Conference programme.
2nd PHASE - Full article submission (Special ISSUES)
- Deadline: between September, 15th 2014 and February, 28th 2015.
- Only authors that have acttualy presented oral communications during the conference will be eligeble for the Special Issues.

IMPORTANT !!
- Please make sure that after the registration procedure you receive in the mail box a confirmation message.
- To submit an abstract please go to 'Registration' and then choose 'Make a Registration/Submission'.
- Access and update: The registered participant can access its registration in Register, 'Registration', 'Edit Registration/Submission' with the respective ID and password.
- Posters dimensions: Portrait only 80cmx120cm (Maximum)
- Submission Deadline: July 24th
- In case of the registration fee being paid by an institution, please send the organization a mail with the participant identification relative to the payment made.
- Registration fees: The registration fees concernig the registrations made before July 20th, must be payd until July 31st. Only the communications of participants with fees payed will be considered for the Abstract Book and hence to the Conference Programme.
